| 目的：探讨育龄妇女死亡的原因，为制定综合干预措施提供科学依据。方法：采用描述流行病学的方法进行分析。结果：南通市通州区育龄妇女年均标化死亡率53.12/10 万。恶性肿瘤死亡、意外死亡、心脑血管系统疾病死亡是威胁育龄妇女生命的主要死因。恶性肿瘤死亡者中以消化道恶性肿瘤为首位，肺癌及妇科恶性肿瘤分别占恶性肿瘤死亡的第 2 位、第 3 位。育龄妇女意外死亡的比例较高，其中车祸、自杀、溺水等意外伤害已成为目前育龄妇女的主要死亡原因。死亡率随年龄增长而增高。经济条件、生活条件较好、精神压力较小的地区育龄妇女合计年均标化死亡率低于其它地区。结论：南通市通州区育龄妇女死亡率呈现降低趋势，应注重针对女性生殖器官恶性肿瘤、意外死亡、心脑血管系统疾病干预。 |

| Objective：To explore death causes of women of childbearing age and provide scientific grounds for formulation of comprehensive intervention measures. Methods：Epidemiological analysis measures shall be applied. Results：The average annual standardizedmortality rate of women of childbearing age in Tongzhou District of Nantong is53.12/100，000. Malignant tumor，accidents，cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are the main causes of death for women of childbearing age. Among the malignant tumors that result in death of women of childbearing age，digestive tract cancer serves as the leading cause of death，followed by lung cancer and gynecological cancer. Among the deceased women of childbearing age，the proportion of accidental death is relatively high，and traffic accidents，suicide，drowning and other accidental injuries have become the main causes of death of women of childbearing age. Mortality increases with age. The average annual standardized mortality rate of women of childbearing age in regions with better economic and living conditions and less mental stress is lower than that in other regions. Conclusion：The mortality rate of women of childbearing agein Tongzhou District of Nantong is gradually decreasing，but due attention shall be paid to interventional treatment of female genital malignant tumors，accidental death，cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. |
