中文摘要: 目的:探究某地医院医务人员工作满意度现象。方法:对A市医院医务人员进行调查,采用问卷调查和访谈的形式,调查问卷一共分成了调查对象基本情况、对医改认知与评价、工作满意度三方面的内容。工作满意度包含了医院管理满意度、总体满意度、经济绩效考核压力、医院奖惩制度满意度、工作汇报满意度以及患者尊重情况等子选项。整套问卷使用了李克特五分记分法,整理、统计、分析数据。结果:医务工作者总体工作满意度的最终得分为3.22±0.57分,分值最高的选项分别为团队协作及人际关系、工作本身以及高层领导素质,得分分别为3.64±0.50分、3.61±0.69分、3.59±0.60分。不同年龄、性别、职业和学历的医务人员对工作的满意程度不同,均存在着显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:该地医院医务人员工作满意度依然有较大的提升空间,医院管理、工资收入以及奖惩制度等方面亟待改善,医院要注重强化这些方面的工作,以此提升该地医院医务人员工作满意度。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the job satisfaction phenomenon of hospital medical staff. Methods:A survey of medical staff in the hospitals of City A was conducted using questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire was divided into three aspects:the basic situation of the survey subjects,the cognition and evaluation of medical reform,and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction includes hospital management satisfaction,overall satisfaction,economic performance appraisal pressure,hospital reward and punishment system satisfaction,job reporting satisfaction,and patient respect. The whole set of questionnaires uses Likes five-point scoring method to organize,count and analyze data. Results:The final score of overall job satisfaction of medical workers was 3.22 ± 0.57 points. The options with the highest scores were teamwork and interpersonal relationship,work itself,and senior leadership quality,respectively. The scores were 3.64 ± 0.50 points and 3.61 ± 0.69 points,3.59 ± 0.60 points. Medical staff of different ages,genders,occupations and educational backgrounds have different levels of job satisfaction,and there are significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion:There is still much room for improvement in the job satisfaction of hospital medical staff. Hospital management,work income,and rewards and punishment systems need to be improved urgently. The hospital should focus on strengthening these aspects of work to improve the job satisfaction of hospital medical staff.
