调查某院188住院患者获得疾病诊疗信息的来源，其中主要通过与医生沟通交流的有85%，通过互联网了解的有67%。针对以医生和互联网为主的医疗信息渠道存在的问题，提出在“互联网+医疗”环境下，通过政府加强信息公示和网络监管，医院等多方普及医学知识，以及医生积极参与和引导等措施，畅通医疗信息沟通渠道，确保医疗信息质量，加强医患信息沟通，缓解信息不对称的状态，以利于医患关系的和谐发展。
This article investigates the sources of disease diagnosis and treatment information of 188 hospitalized patient in our hospital，of which 85% are mainly through communication with doctors；67% are learned through the Internet. It analyzes the problems of medical information channels based on doctors and Internet.It is suggested that under the “Internet plus medical” environment，measures should be taken such as government strengthening information publicity and network supervision，hospitals and other parties popularizing medical knowledge，and doctors actively participating and guiding patients.，so as to unblock medical information communication channels，ensure the quality of medical information，strengthen the doctor-patient information communication，alleviate doctor-patient information asymmetry，which is conducive to the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.
