Abstract:This article investigates the sources of disease diagnosis and treatment information of 188 hospitalized patient in our hospital，of which 85% are mainly through communication with doctors；67% are learned through the Internet. It analyzes the problems of medical information channels based on doctors and Internet.It is suggested that under the “Internet plus medical” environment，measures should be taken such as government strengthening information publicity and network supervision，hospitals and other parties popularizing medical knowledge，and doctors actively participating and guiding patients.，so as to unblock medical information communication channels，ensure the quality of medical information，strengthen the doctor-patient information communication，alleviate doctor-patient information asymmetry，which is conducive to the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.
