中文摘要: 目的:科学地选拔和培养临床科室主任。方法:运用行为事件访谈法、问卷调查法,经过主成分分析,构建适用于儿童医院科主任的胜任特征模型。结果:建立了儿童医院科主任胜任力特征模型,此模型包含执行力、组织协调能力、沟通能力、管理知识等19个胜任力特征,可用于中层干部选人、用人、育人等各个环节。结论:该模型为临床科主任选拔和培养科主任提供借鉴,为有效地缓解“儿科医护荒”提供助力。

Abstract:Objective:Scientifically select and train the head of clinical department. Method:A competency model Which was suitable for the director of department of children’s hospital was constructed by means of behavioral event interview,questionnaire survey and principal component analysis. Result:The competency characteristics model of the department director of children’s hospital was established,which includes 19 characteristics such as executive force,organization and coordination ability,communication ability,management knowledge and so on,and it was used for the selection,employment and education of middle-level cadres. Conclusion:The competency model of department directors of children’s hospital was established to provide reference for scientific selection and training of department directors and help alleviate the “paediatric medical care shortage” effectively.
