目的：对如何建设好地市级国家级住院医师规范化培训基地，提升内涵质量进行一系列的实践与探索。方法：对住培基地近两年来的管理体系架构和专业基地发展情况进行了分析，包括健全组织管理体系、加强师资队伍建设、严格培训管理与考核、临床技能操作强化、学员关怀与自我管理、管理干部胜任力培训、协同基地同质化管理等。结果：这一系列实践和探索带动了医院整体教学和培训质量，此外医院的医疗、科研水平也得到了很大提升。结论：多方面多角度不断提升医院住培基地的内涵质量，培训更多合格的相关专业人才和培养出规范化、标准化的优秀医师队伍有利于地市级医院的进一步提升和发展。
Objective：To explore and practice how to construct national resident standardization training base in prefecture-level country andcarry out a series of practice and explorationto enhance its internal quality. Methods：This study analyzed the structure of management system and the development of the professional base of our resident standardization training base in the past two years，including establishing completethe organization and strengthenteaching staffconstructionmanagement system，stricttraining management and assessment，reinforced the training of clinical skills，humanistic care and self-management for trainees，the training of management stuff’s competency，the homogeneous management of collaborative training base. Results：This series of practices and explorations promotes the overall quality of teaching and training. Moreover，the scientific research and medical technology of the hospital were greatly improved. Conclusions：Continuously improve the connotative quality of the hospital’s residential training base from multiple perspectives. Train more qualified related professionals and cultivate a standardized and standardized team of excellent doctors.It is conducive to the further improvement and development of municipal hospitals.
