Stomatological Hospital Employee satisfaction Influencing Factors
目的:对山东某三级甲等口腔医院员工的满意度进行调查,分析影响满意度的因素,以提高员工幸福感,为口腔专科医院的管理提供决策依据。方法:采用问卷调查的方法对医院452名员工的满意度进行调查,采取独立样本T检验、单因素方差分析、多元线性回归分析等方法探讨员工满意度的影响因素。结果:该院员工的总满意度处于一般偏上水平,对薪酬的满意度最低。工龄和岗位是影响其员工满意度的重要因素。结论:医院管理者要着重关注老员工、医护人员的满意度水平,并针对不同人群采取不同措施提高其满意度。
Objective:This paper analyzed the factors affecting employee satisfaction through a survey of employee satisfaction in a certain Grade-A Tertiary Stomatological Hospital in ShanDong,and discussed the influencing factors,so as to improve employee happiness and provide decision basis for management of stomatological hospital. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the satisfaction of 452 employees in the hospital,Independent sample T test,one-way Anova,multiple linear regression were used to analyze the factors affecting employee satisfaction. Results:The level of employee satisfaction in the hospital is at above medium level. Salary is the lowest scores in the survey. Length of service and position are important factors affecting employee satisfaction. Conclusion:Hospital managers should pay more attention to the satisfaction of senior employees,doctors and nurses,and take different measures to improve their satisfaction according to different groups.
