Abstract:Objective：This paper analyzed the factors affecting employee satisfaction through a survey of employee satisfaction in a certain Grade-A Tertiary Stomatological Hospital in ShanDong，and discussed the influencing factors，so as to improve employee happiness and provide decision basis for management of stomatological hospital. Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the satisfaction of 452 employees in the hospital，Independent sample T test，one-way Anova，multiple linear regression were used to analyze the factors affecting employee satisfaction. Results：The level of employee satisfaction in the hospital is at above medium level. Salary is the lowest scores in the survey. Length of service and position are important factors affecting employee satisfaction. Conclusion：Hospital managers should pay more attention to the satisfaction of senior employees，doctors and nurses，and take different measures to improve their satisfaction according to different groups.
