中文摘要: 目的:通过对江苏省基层全科医生的工作满意度进行实证分析调查,了解全科医生工作满意度及其影响因素。方法:2020年4月—5月,选取江苏省1 400名基层全科医生作为研究对象进行问卷调查,问卷内容分为社会人口学特征和工作满意度两部分。通过美国明尼苏达满意度问卷,包括对工作条件的满意度、对领导的满意度、对责任感的满意度、对外在奖励的满意度4个维度,统计学分析选用单因素方差分析和logistic回归分析方法分析全科医生工作满意度的影响因素。结果:1 308份(93.4%)调查问卷有效。工作满意度总平均得分为(75.22±15.01)分,总分较高(≥80分)的全科医生有442名(33.8%),对工作条件的满意度、对领导的满意度、对责任感的满意度、对外在奖励的满意度平均得分分别为(23.06±4.62)分、(7.52±2.06)分、(23.57±4.39)分、(21.06±5.29)分。logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、工作单位、行政职务、体育锻炼次数是影响工作满意度的主要因素。结论:江苏省基层全科医生工作满意度有待提高,建议继续加强对基层全科医生的扶持政策,以稳定和不断提高全科医生工作满意度。

Abstract:Objective:Through the empirical analysis and investigation on the job satisfaction of general practitioners(GPs)in Jiangsu Province,to find out the job satisfaction and influencing factors among them. Methods:From April to May 2020,1400 general practitioners(GPs)were selected for a questionnaire survey,which included social demographic characteristics and job satisfaction. MinnesotaSatisfaction Questionnaire(MSQ)was used to explore the influencing factors of job satisfaction,including satisfaction with working conditions,leadership,responsibility,external rewardsbyone-way ANOVAand logistic regression analysis. Results:1 308(93.4%)questionnaires were obtained. The average total score of job satisfaction was(75.22±15.01),and 442(33.8%)of general practitioners had a high total score(≥80). The overall average score of job satisfaction byworking conditions,leadership,responsibility and external rewards,respectively(23.06±4.62)、(7.52±2.06)、(23.57±4.39)、(21.06±5.29).The logistic regression analysis showed that,age,work unit,administrative duties,frequency of physical exercisewere the major factors affecting overall job satisfaction. Conclusion:The degree of job satisfaction needs to be improve. It is suggested continue to strengthen policyof support for general practitioners,so as to stabilize and continuously improve their job satisfaction.
