Abstract:Objective：To explore the influence of hospital multi-districts rotation on the mental health of medical staff and to provide references for further promoting hospital with multi-districts management. Methods：This is a cross-sectional study，which were recruited ina certainGrade-A Tertiary Hospital in Wuhan from April to Mayin 2018. The questionnaire includes status of medical staff working in multi-districts and psychological condition.Psychological condition is assessed online by Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression（CES-D）. Results：Totally acquired 487 valid questionnaires，106（21.8%）of them were male and 381（78.2%）were female. In the last year，57.1% of the medical staff were shifted among two or three districts，and 60.7% number of rotations were less than once a month. 31.6% of the medical staff were satisfied with the current shift mode. The prevalence rate of mental abnormalities in the medical staff was 29.8%，and whether or not shifted among districts had no association with the mental status. Compared with staff who were satisfied with the current shift mode，those who were not satisfied had higher risk of mental abnormalities（OR=2.018，95%CI：1.307~3.117）. Conclusion：The mental status of medical staff was not related to the rotation of hospital multi-districts and the frequency of rotation，just was related to the satisfaction of the current rotation mode. Measures should be taken to improve satisfaction in medical staff about the shifted mode among multi-districts，thus improve their mental status.
