中文摘要: 目的:探讨微信平台在医院护士招聘中的应用效果。方法:选取我院于2017年1月至2019年9月期间招聘的90名护士为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,其中微信组45名护士通过微信平台招聘,传统组45名护士通过自投简历和同事介绍等方法招聘,对比两组招聘时间、招聘区域范围、理论考试时间以及招聘满意度。结果:微信组招聘时间较传统组短,招聘区域范围较传统组广,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);微信组理论考试时间较传统组短,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。微信组招聘满意度为93.33%,较传统组73.33%明显高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用微信平台进行医院护士招聘,可明显缩短考试时间,有效地提高招聘效率与招聘满意度,优势显著,推广和应用价值较高。
Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of Wechat platform in hospital nurse recruitment. Methods:90 nurses recruited in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups. Among them,45 nurses in Wechat group were recruited through Wechat platform,45 nurses in traditional group were recruited through self submitting resumes and introducing colleagues. The recruitment time,recruitment area,theoretical examination time and recruitment satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results:The recruitment time of Wechat group was shorter than that of traditional group,and the scope of recruitment area was more than that of traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The theory test time ofWechat group was shorter than that of traditional group,but there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05). The recruitment satisfaction of Wechat group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of traditional group(73.33%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Wechat platform can shorten the examination time,improve the efficiency of recruitment and the satisfaction of recruitment. It has significant advantages and high application value.
