Abstract:Objective：To explore the application effect of Wechat platform in hospital nurse recruitment. Methods：90 nurses recruited in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method，they were divided into two groups. Among them，45 nurses in Wechat group were recruited through Wechat platform，45 nurses in traditional group were recruited through self submitting resumes and introducing colleagues. The recruitment time，recruitment area，theoretical examination time and recruitment satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results：The recruitment time of Wechat group was shorter than that of traditional group，and the scope of recruitment area was more than that of traditional group，the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）；The theory test time ofWechat group was shorter than that of traditional group，but there was no statistical significance（P > 0.05）. The recruitment satisfaction of Wechat group was 93.33%，which was significantly higher than that of traditional group（73.33%）（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：Wechat platform can shorten the examination time，improve the efficiency of recruitment and the satisfaction of recruitment. It has significant advantages and high application value.
