中文摘要: 目的:构建和实施住培带教师资评价与激励体系,以推动带教师资队伍建设和培训内涵质量提升。方法:构建并实施多元评价与激励体系,对带教师资进行全方位评价和全面激励,采用卡方检验和文本分析法分析实施效果。结果:激发了师资带教热情,提升了师资带教意识,培训对象对带教师资的评价呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.001)。结论:住培带教师资评价和激励体系取得了很好的实施效果;在实施过程中医院充分认识到:评价方法与内容固然重要,但评价结果的分析、反馈和应用更为重要;多元激励体系固然重要,但尊师重教的医院文化更为重要。
Abstract:Objective:The aim of the article is to construct and implement the evaluation and incentive system of qualified teachers in standardized training for residents,so as to promote the construction of qualified teachers team and the improvement of the connotation quality of the training. Methods:The first Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University has constructed and implemented a diversified evaluation and incentive system to comprehensively evaluate and motivate qualified teachers. Chi-square test and text analysis method are used to determine the implementation effect. Results:The measure has stimulated teachers’ enthusiasm for teaching and enhanced teachers’ awareness of teaching,and the evaluation of training objects on teachers’ qualifications shows an increasing trend year by year(P < 0.001). Conclusion:In the process of The evaluation and incentive of teachers,the first Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University has achieved good implementation effect and realized that the evaluation methods and contents are important,but the analysis,feedback and application of results are more important. Hospital also realized that the multiple incentive system is important,but the hospital culture of respecting teachers is more important.
