Abstract:Objective：The aim of the article is to construct and implement the evaluation and incentive system of qualified teachers in standardized training for residents，so as to promote the construction of qualified teachers team and the improvement of the connotation quality of the training. Methods：The first Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University has constructed and implemented a diversified evaluation and incentive system to comprehensively evaluate and motivate qualified teachers. Chi-square test and text analysis method are used to determine the implementation effect. Results：The measure has stimulated teachers’ enthusiasm for teaching and enhanced teachers’ awareness of teaching，and the evaluation of training objects on teachers’ qualifications shows an increasing trend year by year（P < 0.001）. Conclusion：In the process of The evaluation and incentive of teachers，the first Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University has achieved good implementation effect and realized that the evaluation methods and contents are important，but the analysis，feedback and application of results are more important. Hospital also realized that the multiple incentive system is important，but the hospital culture of respecting teachers is more important.
