中文摘要: 目的：分析急性阑尾炎住院患者费用构成和主要影响因子，为减轻患者经济负担、有效控制医疗费用提供参考，为临床单病种付费奠定基础。方法：对某三甲医院2015年—2019年1 115例急性阑尾炎住院患者费用构成进行统计描述及因子分析。结果：急性阑尾炎患者平均住院费用为11 590.08元，其中药费占36.40%，材料费占22.18%，检查检验费占17.88%，手术麻醉费占14.95%，治疗费占2.56%，其他费用占1.80%，床位费占1.72%，护理费占1.72%，血费占0.79%，药费检查因子、手术材料因子、其他辅助因子是影响急性阑尾炎患者住院费用的公因子。结论：以药费、手术材料费和检查检验费为主要抓手，可控制医疗费用的过度增长。
Abstract:Objective：To explore the cost structure of acute appendicitis inpatients，analyze the main influencing factors of inpatients’cost，and provide reference basis for reducing patients’financial burden and effectively controlling medical expenses，laying the foundation for single disease payment. Methods：1，115 cases of acute appendicitis in a certainGrade-A Tertiary Hospital from 2015 to 2019 were analyzed. Results：The average hospitalization expenses of patients with acute appendicitis were 11，590.08 yuan. In the composition of the hospitalization expenses，36.40% of thedrug expenses，22.18% of the material expenses，17.88% of the examination expenses，14.95% of the operation expenses，2.56% of the treatment expenses and 1.80% of the other expenses，the cost of bed is 1.72%，the cost of nursing is 1.72%，the cost of blood is 0.79%. The cost of drugs，the factors of operation materials and other auxiliary factors are the common factors that affect the cost of hospitalization in patients with acute appendicitis. Conclusion：To control the excessive increase of medical expenses，we should focus on the expenses of drug，operation materials and examination.
