    目的:通过对抖音新媒体平台上关于新冠肺炎知识科普视频传播效果的相关性指标和视频内容的综合性分析,比较中西医新媒体在新冠肺炎疫情中的科普宣传成效及其差异。方法:参考相关指标,收集数据并进行描述性统计分析。结果:西医自媒体疫情防控科普比中医的影响力更大;西医自媒体抖音号以个人账号为主,官方账号的影响力较弱,而中医恰好相反;疫情防控科普创作时间窗口期在2020年1月20日 -2月20日,后期相关科普作品逐渐减少。结论:加大中医自媒体平台的运营力度,积极跟进时代热点,扩大中医自媒体的影响力;可适当丰富科普视频的创作形式,增加趣味性,提升关注度;提高官方医学科普账号的重视程度。

    Objective:Through the comprehensive analysis of the correlation index and video content of the dissemination effect ofCOVID-19 knowledge and popular science videos onTik Tok new media platform,to compare the popularization effect and difference of Chinese and Western medicine new media in the epidemic situation of COVID-19. Methods:Data were collected and descriptive statistical analysis was carried out by referring to relevant indicators. Results:The influence of Western Medicine on epidemic prevention and control was greater than that of Chinese Medicine. The self media of Western Medicine is dominated by personal accounts,the influence of official accounts is weak,while that of Traditional Chinese Medicine is just the opposite. The window period of popular science for epidemic prevention and control is from January 20 to February 20 in 2020,related popular science works gradually decreased in the later period. Conclusion:Strengthenthe operation of self media platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine,actively follow up the hot spots of current affairs,and expand the influence of self media of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Can appropriately enrich the creation form of popular science video,increase interest,enhance attention.The importance of the official medical science accounts should be increased.
