Abstract:Purpose：With the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia，we explored the reconstruction and management of the township health center，which is a temporary branch of a certainGrade-A Tertiary general Hospital. Methods：A certainGrade-A Tertiary general Hospital is designated to dispatch a management team mainly composed of medical，nursing and infection-control experts to directly manage the above mentioned township health center. The prevention and control measures can be effectively implemented through the transformation of layout process，operation mode，system construction，personnel allocation，quality control，staff and patient management，so as to prevent the spread of the epidemic. Result：A total of 91 suspected patients were admitted to centralized hospital of novel coronavirus pneumonia suspected case，including 71 in-patients and 20 patients staying for observation，6 patients with positive nucleic acid test were safely transferred to the designated hospital. All patients including 6 transferred patients were discharged from hospital and observed at home. Conclusion：Through scientific management in reconstruction ofcentralized hospital of novel coronavirus pneumonia suspected cases，nearly 100 suspected patients were successfully identified and treated，effectively implement epidemic prevention and control measures，and improved the ability to deal with public health emergencies；besides，a number of professional management and medical staff have been trained.
