中文摘要: 目的：调查昆山市居家失能老年人的长期护理需求，为相关部门制定居家失能老年人长期护理政策措施提供科学依据。方法：编制《居家失能老年人长期护理需求调查表》，对1 000名昆山市居家失能老年人进行长期护理需求调查。结果：居家失能老年人在养老方式、生活护理、医疗护理、心理护理、照顾者护理技能培训等方面存在需求。结论：中度、重度居家失能老年人数量巨大，其长期护理需求应引起各方面高度重视，亟待构建老年健康照护体系。
Abstract:Objective：To investigatethe long-term care needs of incapacitated elderly in Kunshan City，provide scientific basis for relevant departments to formulate relevant policies and measures. Methods：A survey of long-term care needs of 1，000 disabled elderly at home in Kunshan City was conducted using the Long-term Care Needs Questionnaire for Disabled Elderly at Home. Results：This disabled elderly people at home have needs in terms of old-age care，life care needs，medical care needs，psychological care needs，and caregiver nursing skills training. Conclusion：There are a large number of moderate and severe home disabled elderly，and their long-term nursing needs need to be paid great attention bycommunity，and it is urgent to construct a health system for the elderly.
