目的：探究突发公共卫生事件下互联网医院的发展现状，推进互联网医院发展。方法：基于PEST模型从政治、经济、社会和技术这四大外部环境因素对南京某公立医院互联网医院进行现状分析。结果：在此次突发公共卫生事件影响之下，政治、经济、技术方面均有对我国互联网医院发展推动的利好因素。但综合社会环境的影响，互联网医院发展仍存在局限。结论：针对公立医院借此次疫情防控期间，对推动未来互联网医院服务的高效开展提出三项建议。提高慢性病患者对互联网医院服务的使用选择仍需进一步讨论。
Objective：To explore the development status of Internet hospitals under public health emergency and to promote the development of Internet hospitals. Methods：Based on the PEST model，the current situation of an Internet hospital in a certain public hospital in Nanjing was analyzed from the four external environmental factors：politics，economy，society and technology. Results：Under the influence of this public health emergency，politics，economy and technology aspects have favorable factors to promote the development of Internet hospitals in China. However，due to the impact of the comprehensive social environment，the development of Internet hospitals still has limitations. Conclusions：Three suggestions are put forward for public hospitals to promote the efficient development of Internet hospital services in the future during this outbreak prevention and control period. Options for improving the use of Internet hospital services by patients with chronic diseases need further discussion.
