Abstract:Objective：To study the construction and application of intelligent management platform for hospital multi-disciplinary joint diagnosis and treatment clinic. Methods：Based on network communication technology and data aggregation（patient-centered integration of data from various hospital systems），the whole MDT consultation process was processed online to build an intelligent MDT management platform in line with the actual situation of the hospital.The platform was applied to clinical practice for 3 months，and the results of expert and patient satisfaction，diagnosis and treatment time，diagnosis compliance rate，server failure rate and other effects were compared before and after the use of MDT management platform. Results：The average treatment time of the experimental group was less than that of the control group，and the satisfaction of experts and patients was higher than that of the control group，with statistically significant differences（P < 0.05）. The failure rate of MDT platform server was 0.32%，the information push time < 60 seconds reached the standard rate of 98.9%，and the information loss rate was 0%. It indicates that experts and patients agree on the practicability and convenience of intelligent MDT platform. Conclusion：The intelligent MDT management platform can standardize the MDT workflow，improve the efficiency of MDT，improve patient satisfaction，and improve the medical experience of patients.
