Abstract:Objective：Taking the case of the co-construction of Nanjing KingMed Clinical Laboratory and 15 hospital laboratories in jiangsu province，summarize the management points in the daily operation of the laboratory，evaluate work improvement and analyze problems，in order to help the implementation of the national hierarchical medical system，improve the level of diagnosis and treatment at the grass-roots medical units to provide optimization experience. Method：To analyze the quality and safety operation data of 15 hospitals（including 1 Tertiary Hospital，9 Secondary hospital and 5 primary hospital）after co-construction，evaluate the improvement effect. Results：The quality and safety level of laboratory departments in hospitals at all levels has been significantly improved after cooperation. Conclusions：Co-construction is an innovative mode that complies with the implementation of the national medical system reform and promotes the connection of high-quality medical resources from top to bottom. In the cooperative operation process，hospitals and third-party laboratories should strictly follow the industry norms and quality and safety requirements，regularly summarize experience，and provide scientific and rigorous inspection services for clinical patients.
