Abstract:Objective：To summarize the experience in the construction of a senior cerebrovascular disease center in a certain Grade-A Tertiary Hospital，so as to provide reference for medical workers and hospital administrators. Method：The hospital strengthened the management from the aspects of organization management，system construction，information construction and technology development，and integrated the related medical resources. Result：The treatment process was optimized and the true “chemical fusion” was realized through the close cooperation of multiple disciplines and the seamless connection between the pre-hospital and the inner-hospital. Conclusion：The construction of advanced cerebrovascular disease center not only improves its treatment ability of medical staff in the hospital，but also provides better medical services for patients.
