中文摘要: 目的：运用推拉理论对预防医学专业学生基层就业影响因素进行分析，提出提高其基层就业积极性的对策和建议。方法：调查对象为某大学预防医学本科生154人，使用描述性统计、x2检验进行分析。结果：154名同学中有59.7%愿意到基层就业。其影响因素中主要推力因素是国家政策引导。拉力因素主要有改善基层就业环境、建立健全人才机制。中间障碍因素主要包括基层工资水平以及对基层就业政策的了解程度等。结论：从推力、拉力两方面着手，能够提高医学生基层就业意愿，吸引优秀人才下沉基层。
Abstract:Objective：Using push-pull theory to analysis influential factors of grassroots employment of preventive medical students，and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to mobilize the enthusiasm. Method：The survey object was 154 medical undergraduates from a university. The descriptive statistics and chi-square test were used for analysis. Result：59.7% of the 154 students were willing to work at the grassroots. The main pushing factors is national policy guidance. The pulling factors include improving the employment environment at the grassroots and establishing a sound talent mechanism. Intermediate obstacles include wages，and the degree of understanding of grassroots employment policies. Conclusion：Force from two aspects of push and pull，can increase the willingness of medical students to work at the primary medical institutions and attract more talented people to the grassroots.
