Abstract:Objective：To explore the prevention and control management measures of grassroots designated hospitals in the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia（COVID-19）epidemic. Methods：The COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control management was carried out in the basic-level hospitals，including the establishment of an organizational structure，improvement of the degree of prevention and control，and the establishment of a three-level screening system to rapidly improve the prevention and control awareness of the entire hospital. Results：Through the implementation of various prevention and control measures，the primary hospitals achieved good results in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic. Conclusion：The primary-level hospital established an epidemic prevention and control working group under the leadership of the party committee，and adopted a variety of prevention and control measures to effectively ensure the smooth implementation of various prevention and control tasks.
