目的：总结在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间，基层医疗机构防控应急措施。方法：根据上级要求，结合医院实际，紧紧围绕“三重点”采取措施开展工作，即抓好重点科室，以此主推落实防控；抓好重点人群，以此点面结合布局防控范围；抓好重点环节，实施防控到位管理。结果：在防控工作中，不断磨合改进，新冠肺炎疫情防控和日常医疗工作都得到有序开展，医院的应急能力得到提高。结论：以“三重点”为核心的应急措施对于医院疫情防控切实有效。
