目的：探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间医疗机构呼吸内科病房的应急管理措施，为降低工作人员及住院患者新冠病毒感染风险提供保障。方法：2020年1月23日-2月29日期间，根据我院疫情防控领导小组总体要求，结合呼吸内科工作特点，制定全面的病房应急管理措施并落实。结果：病房应急管理工作从容有序，顺利完成各项诊疗护理任务；工作人员及患者均未发生疑似/确诊的新型冠状病毒肺炎感染。结论：我院呼吸内科在突发疫情期间实施的病房应急管理措施有效，值得医疗机构借鉴。

Objective：To explore the emergency management measures in respiratory wards of medical institutions during the outbreak of COVID-19 pneumonia，and to provide protection for reducing the risk of COVID-19 pneumonia infections among staff and inpatients. Methods：During the outbreak of COVID-19 from January 23 to February 29，2020，comprehensive emergency management measures were formulated and implemented according to the general requirements of the epidemic prevention and control leading group in our hospital and the work characteristics of the department of respiratory medicine. Results：The emergency management work of the ward was orderly and smooth，and all the nursing tasks of treatment were successfully completed；neither the staff nor the patients had any suspected/confirmed of COVID-19 pneumonia. Conclusion：The emergency management measures implemented by the department of respiratory medicine of our hospital during the outbreak of COVID-19 are effective and worthy of reference by medical institutions.
