Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19 fever clinic prevention and control management
新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间，发热门诊作为筛查疑似患者、阻断疫情扩散的第一道防线，疑似患者多、患者周转快、感染风险高。本院发热门诊防控管理实践中，采用二级预检分诊制度，分别在医院进出口及急诊设立预检分诊点，对来院人员进行新冠肺炎筛查，在保证通风、合理设置病区、遵循“三区两通道”原则的基础上，对发热门诊进行合理改造，设置专用转运路径。同时，加强医院感染管理，做好消毒灭菌、个人防护、人员培训及医疗废物处理。
Under the Corona Virus Disease 2019 epidemic，fever clinic is the first line of defense for screening suspected patients and blocking the spread of the epidemic. It has the characteristics of multiple suspected patients，rapid patient turnover，and high risk of infection. It is a huge challenge for prevention and control management. This article combines the practice of prevention and control of fever clinic and diagnosis in our hospital and shares the following experiences：First，a two-stage pre-check and triage system is adopted to set up pre-check and triage points at the entrance and exit of the hospital and emergency department，respectively，to screen new patients for Corona Virus Disease 2019；Secondly，on the basis of ensuring ventilation，rationally setting up wards，and following the “three-zone，two-passage” principle，rationally transform the fever clinic and set up a dedicated transfer path；Finally，combine the national requirements with the actual needs of the hospital to manage hospital infection，focusing on disinfection and sterilization，personal protection requirements，personnel training and medical waste treatment.
