Abstract:Objective：To investigate the influencing factors of professional quality of young medical staff in a certain Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Suzhou，and to provide reasonable suggestions for the hospital to formulate personnel training measures. Methods：Based on the literature research method combined with the actual construction of the influencing factors model，through the questionnaire survey analysis to explore the important influencing factors of professional literacy. Results：The research shows that the attitude of professional consciousness，professional ability，personal characteristics and management ability all have a positive effect on the professional quality，and the influence ability weakens in turn. Conclusion：The hospital should strengthen the cultivation of professional spirit，guide people-oriented，and use new media to establish learning hospital culture to pay attention to the cultivation of young medical staff’s professional quality.
