中文摘要: 目的:探讨收治新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)肺炎定点医院人力资源应急调配策略。方法:通过组建应急人力资源调配组织架构、盘活院内人力资源、组建四级人力梯队、开展多维度培训、关心爱护医务人员等,组织开展切实可行的人力资源应急调配。结果:统筹医院应急人力资源,提高人力资源使用效率,保障完成疫情防控工作任务。结论:准确评估本院人员调配空间,科学合理,有序有效,发挥人力资源的最大效用,进而保障新冠肺炎疫情防控期间的人力需求。
Abstract:Objective:To explore the emergency deployment strategy of human resources in designated hospitals for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia. Methods:Through the establishment of organization structure,People’s Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region realized the emergency human resources deployment,mobilization of human resources,establishment of a four-level human resources echelon,the development of multi-dimensional training,care for medical personnel,organization of feasible emergency human resources deployment. Results:We will coordinate hospital emergency human resources,improve the efficiency of human resources,and ensure the completion of epidemic prevention and control tasks. Conclusion:Accurately evaluate the allocation space of our hospital staff,scientific,give full play to the maximum effect of human resources reasonable,orderly and effective,and ensure the manpower demand during the prevention and control of the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia.
