Abstract:Objective：To study the factors influencing the effective implementation of the multi-point practice policy for doctors and put forward some Suggestions to promote the implementation of the policy. Methods：There were two Grade-A Tertiary general Hospitals in Lianyungang which selected as research targets.The cognition of policy target groups was studied by questionnaire survey，and the results were analyzed statistically. Results：The implementation of the policy of multi-site practices of doctors was considered by the health administration department as increasing the difficulty of supervision，the first practice institution as leading to the loss of talents and technology，the doctors as facing medical risks，and the patients were more inclined to seek medical treatment in large public hospitals. Conclusion：The establishment management of public hospitals should be weakened，and the management of contract employment should be implemented. It is necessary to improve the supporting policies of multi-site medical practices. Encourage doctors to participate in multi-site practices in the form of cooperation. Health administrative departments should strengthen the supervision and examination of doctors and medical institutions.
