中文摘要: 目的:调查某三级甲等综合医院护士的职业获益感和工作压力现状,分析影响职业获益感的因素。方法:采用一般资料调查表、护士职业获益感量表、中国护士压力源量表,对该医院的1 193名护士进行调查。结果:护士职业获益感量表总分为(118.35±16.51)分,护士压力源量表总分为(73.47±12.96)分。多元线性回归分析结果提示:平均月薪(包括工资及奖金)、每天平均睡眠时间、是否参与科研工作、是否考虑辞职、工作压力是护士职业获益感的主要影响因素(P < 0.05)。结论:护士职业获益感处于中等偏上水平,工作压力处于中等水平。平均月薪、每天平均睡眠时间、是否参与科研工作是护士职业获益感的正性影响因素,是否考虑辞职和工作压力是护士职业获益感的负性影响因素。护理管理者可以通过制定相应的干预措施,提高护士的职业获益感。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the current status of nurses’perceived professional benefits and occupational stress in a certian Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Wuxi,and to analyze the factors influencing perceived professional benefit. Methods:A total of 1 193 nurses in the hospital were investigated with general information questionnaire,Nurses’Perceived Professional Benefits Scale and Chinese Nurses Stress Scale. Results:The total score of the nurses’perceived Professional Benefit Scale was(118.35±16.51)and the total score of the Chinese Nurses Stress Scale was(73.47±12.96). The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicated that average monthly salary(including salary and bonus),average sleep time per day,whether to participate in scientific research work,whether to consider resignation,and work stress were the main influencing factors of nurses’sense of perceived professional benefit(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Nurses’ sense of perceived professional benefit is in the upper middle level,and their work stress is in the middle level. Average monthly salary,average sleep time per day,whether to participate in scientific research work are the positive influencing factors of nurses’perceived professional benefit,and whether to consider resignation and work stress are the negative influencing factors of nurses’perceived professional benefit. Nursing managers can improve nurses’perceived professional benefits by formulating corresponding intervention measures.
