中文摘要: 目的:探讨完善心内科护士综合绩效考核管理方法及应用效果。方法:实施定性评价和定量考核的综合评价绩效管理制度,比较改进前后各2年患者满意度、护理质量、医护人员的工作评价、创新工作情况。结果:考核管理改进后,患者满意度、护理质量、医护人员的工作评价、创新工作均有不同程度的提高,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:实施护士综合绩效考核管理,可以激发护士工作的积极性,有利于提升护理质量,提高患者满意度。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the improvement method and application effect of comprehensive performance appraisal management for nurses in cardiology department. Methods:Qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation of performance management system were used to comprehensively assess this new method. Revision of performance evaluation method was carried out to compare patient satisfaction,nursing quality,work evaluation and innovation of medical staff in two years before and after improvement. Result:After improving the assessment management,patient satisfaction,nursing quality,job evaluation and innovation have been improved to varying degrees. The difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The implementation of performance appraisal management of nurses can stimulate the enthusiasm of nurses,enhance the quality of nursing and improve patient’s satisfaction.
