Abstract:Objective：To analyze the effectiveness and existing problems of the construction of practical nursing personnel in public hospitals，and put forward corresponding countermeasures according to the analysis results，so as to improve the capacity and enthusiasm of nursing personnel. Methods：Taking a certain Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Yangzhou city as an example，the current situation，achievements and problems of nursing personnel training are analyzed according to the investigation results. Results：The quantity of practical nursing personnel is insufficient，the structure is unreasonable，the quality is not high. Conclusion：Put forward a incentive mode that combines target incentive and self-motivation，ability level with benchmark incentive，environment incentive with material incentive，informatization incentive with network platform，the title mobility with crisis incentive，leadership behavior incentive with mental incentive，to improve the capacity and enthusiasm of practical nursing personnel.
