中文摘要: 目的:分析南京市卫生健康系统直属机构纪检监察队伍结构现状并提出优化对策。方法:采用描述性分析方法分析纪检监察队伍结构的现状。结果:南京市卫生健康系统直属机构纪检监察队伍存在人员数量不足、年龄结构偏高、学历水平有待提升、专业能力薄弱等问题。结论:建议通过健全保障机制、完善选拔机制、强化培训机制、创新激励机制等途径,不断优化我市卫生健康系统直属机构纪检监察队伍结构。
Abstract:Objective:This paper aims to analyze the current situation of discipline inspection and supervision personnel in the institutions directly under Nanjing health system,and put forward the optimization countermeasures. Methods:Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the present situation of discipline inspection and supervision personnel. Results:There were some problems,such as the shortage of personnel,unreasonable age structure,the education background,and the weak professional ability. Conclusion:It is suggested to continuously optimize the discipline inspection and supervision personnel by improving the guarantee mechanism,the selection mechanism,the training mechanism and the innovation incentive mechanism.
