目的:探讨依托医联体内不同层级医院护士问题导向式分层培训模式在进修护士培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2016—2018年在我院进修学习的医联体17家基层不同层级医院的136名护士,采用问题导向式分层培训模式进行培训,培训后进行相关理论知识和临床实践考核以及满意度调查。结果:培训后医联体单位进修护士成绩合格率达80%以上,医联体单位进修护士对培训总体满意达90.44%。理论成绩和临床考核成绩较培训前均有显著提高(P<0.05),社区护士核心能力等多个维度得分均有提升,差异有统计学意义。结论:依托医联体开展的不同层级医院护士问题导向式分层培训模式,可以有效提高医联体单位的护理质量,促进协同发展。
Objective:To set up the nursing technology training system for the nurses from different levels of hospitals based on the model of medical partnerships,and to invstigate its implementing effects. Methods:A total of 136 nurses from 17 primary hospitals based on the model of medical partnerships were selected from 2016 to 2018. Nurses from different levels of hospitals were trained in question-oriented hierarchical training mode. After the training,the theoretical knowledge and clinical practice were assessed and the satisfaction was investigated. Results:After the training,the qualified rate of the nurses was as high as 80% and the satisfaction on training was as high as 90.44%. The theoretical and clinical examination scores were significantly improved(P < 0.05). The total score of community nurses’ core competence was raised from185.64+14.66 to 200.17+12.58. Except for leadership,the scores of other dimensions were improved significantly. Conclusions:The problem-oriented and stratified training mode for nurses from different levels of hospitals based on the model of medical partnerships is an effective tool to improve the theory knowledge and practice skills of nurses.
