中文摘要: 目的：全面加强镇江市医疗机构行业综合监管，进一步整顿规范医疗秩序与医疗服务行为，切实保障人民群众身体健康与生命安全。方法：对全市不同等级、类别、规模、性质的医疗机构进行现况调查，了解并掌握医疗机构行业综合监督管理中存在的突出问题，提出改进措施与建议。结果：医疗机构等级越低、规模越小、经营状况越差，其存在的问题越多。结论：通过对医疗机构实施“分级分类”，开展针对性的综合监管，是加强医疗机构卫生监督执法的有效举措。
Abstract:Objective：To strengthen the comprehensive supervision of medical institutions in Zhenjiang，further rectify and standardize the medical order and medical service behavior，and ensure people’s health and life safety. Method：The current situation of medical institutions including different grades，categories，scales and nature in Zhenjiang was investigated. Besides，it is necessary to know and grasp the outstanding problems in the comprehensive supervision and management of medical institutions，and put forward improvement measures and suggestions. Results：The lower the level，the smaller the scale and the worse the state of operation of medicalinstitutions are，the more problems they will have. Conclusions：It is an effective measure to strengthen the health supervision and law enforcement of medical institutions by implementing “grading and classification” and carrying out targeted comprehensive supervision.
