目的：调查目前医院临床科室科研秘书队伍工作现状，分析其发展困境并提出对策。方法：对我院85名科研秘书进行问卷调查，并对调查结果进行描述性分析。结果：目前医院临床科室科研秘书兼职情况突出，业务能力高低不等，职责不清，工作积极性欠佳。结论：建设一支合格的科研秘书队伍，应进行科学合理的人才选拔，设立专岗并完善培训交流及激励竞争制度。

Objective：To do researches on the current working conditions of the scientific research secretaries in clinical departments of hospitals，analyze the development dilemma and put forward the countermeasures. Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted among 85 research secretaries in Tongji Hospital and the results were analyzed in a descriptive manner. Results：The research secretaries of clinical departments face the following challenges：part-time engagement，uneven professional capability，ambiguous responsibility and lack of working enthusiasm. Conclusion：In order to establish a qualified research secretary team，scientific and reasonable position with talents selection should be set up，and training communication and incentive competition mechanism should be completed.
