PDCA cycle National Natural Science Foundation Declaration management
目的：探索PDCA循环在国家自然科学基金申报管理中的应用效果。方法：采用PDCA循环的基本原理，发现国家自然科学基金申报管理中存在的问题，剖析原因，针对主要影响因素制定措施，实施改进。结果：2018年度国家自然科学基金申报管理中存在的问题减少，申报工作的效率提高。结论：PDCA循环作为医院质量管理的重要工具，应用于科技项目申报，有利于提高医院科研管理的水平，提升医院核心竞争力。
Objective：This paper is to explore the application effect of the PDCA cycle in the declarationmanagement of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Methods：Using the basic principles of the PDCA cycle，the problems of declaration managementin the national natural science fund were found outand the reasons were analyzed. Work out measures and implement improvement based on the main influential factors. Results：The problems in the declarationmanagement of the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2018 were reduced，and the efficiency of declaration work was improved. Conclusion：PDCA cycle is an important tool for hospital quality management. It also plays an important role in the declaration of science and technology projects，which is conducive to improving the level of hospital scientific research management and enhancing the core competitiveness of hospitals.
