Abstract:Objective：To analyze the applitcation effect of Monthly Report in management of medical quality. Methods：Compare the changes in the content format of the Monthly Report of quality control in the 1st to 6th period of our hospital and some quantified indicators of medical quality. Results：It is concluded that monthly report can be used as an important carrier of medical quality management in tertiary general hospital，which can promote the effective implementation of the core medical system. Conclusion：The precision management level of medical quality in our hospital could be constantly improved through the guide of Monthly Report .
