    目的:调查某市二级甲等医院医生、护士等医务人员,对医患关系、医患纠纷的的认知。方法:对272名医生、200名护士进行问卷调查,分析其对医疗纠纷的认识、态度,医疗纠纷对诊疗行为的影响等。结果:54.66%的医务人员对于医疗纠纷的相关法规比较了解,87.28%能向患者告知相关医院管理内容。49.36%亲身经历过医疗纠纷,95.53%对于医疗纠纷感到紧张,57.20%认为医疗纠纷有上升的趋势。结论:医务人员对医疗环境有充分认知,在诊疗过程中会采取防御性医疗行为。医院应建立健全各项规章制度,维护患者利益,切实保护医务人员,保障医疗环境良性发展。

    Objective:To investigate the cognition of doctors and nurses on doctor-patient relationship and disputes in second class A level hospitals of a city. Methods:A questionnaire survey is conducted on 272 doctors and 200 nurses to analyze their understanding of medical disputes,their attitudes,and the influence of medical disputes on their diagnosis and treatment. Results:54.66% of the medical staff know more about the relevant laws and regulations of the medical disputes. 87.28% of the medical staff can inform the patients of the contents about the hospital management. 49.36% of the medical staff have personally experienced the medical disputes. 95.53% of the medical staff feel nervous about the medical disputes. 57.20% of the medical staff think that the medical disputes show an upward trend. Conclusion:Medical staff have a fulling understanding of the current medical environment. In the course of diagnosis and treatment,they will take defensive medical behavior. Hospitals should establish and improve the rules and regulations,safeguard the interests of patients,protect the medical personnel and ensure the healthy development of the medical environment.
