中文摘要: 目的:探讨当前儿科医师公开招聘存在的难题,提出改善儿童专科医院儿科医师招聘的对策及建议,为提高儿童专科医院人力资源管理水平提供参考依据。方法:通过回顾性分析近五年某大型公立儿童医院儿科医师招聘及离职情况,对改善儿童专科医院儿科医师招聘提出对策和建议。结果:2014~2018年儿科医师的招聘的完成率有每年下降的趋势,其中博士研究生的缺口尤为突出。2014~2018年南京市某大型公立儿童医院离职人员中儿科医师占了总离职人数的三分之一左右,儿科医师流失情况严重。结论:目前的儿科医师存在招聘难、流失多的现状,应进一步提高儿科医务人员核心待遇,增加归属感,让儿童专科医院选得到人,留得住人。

Abstract:Objective:This paper probes into the problems existing in the recruitment of pediatricians,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the recruitment of pediatricians in children hospitals,and provides a reference basis for improving the level of human resources management in children hospitals. Methods:Through retrospective analysis of the recruitment and turnover of pediatricians in a large public children’s Hospital in the last five years,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the recruitment of pediatricians in the children hospitals. Results:The completion rate of pediatrician recruitment from 2014 to 2018 are decreasing year by year,in which the gap of doctor graduate students is especially prominent. Pediatricians accounted for about 1/3 of the total number of leavers in a large public children hospital in Nanjing from 2014 to 2018,and the loss of pediatricians is serious. Conclusion:We should further improve the treatment of pediatric medical personnel and increase their sense of belonging,so that children hospitals could select pediatricians,keep pediatricians and use good pediatricians.
