Abstract:Objective：To discuss the application effect of doctor-nurse collaboration in continuous nursing care on patients with chronic aplastic anemia. Methods：A total of 44 patients with chronic aplastic anemia were divided into two groups：the study group and the control group. The patients in both groups were given discharge guidance. The control group was routinely discharged, the study group discharged according to doctor-nurse collaboration in continuous nursing care plan, including establishing medical cooperation continue nursing team，establishing archives，telephone follow-up visits and family visits，at the same time creating WeChat groups to answerquestions, etc. The two groups of patients were compared，and the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated by using the health survey summary（SF-36）. Results：The study group’s adherence rate to the practice and quality of life were higher than that of the control group（P＜0.05），the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：The continuous nursing care for patients with chronic aplastic anemia is of positive significance to the compliance with medical drugs，regular revisits and self-protection，it can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic aplastic anemia.
