中文摘要: 利用信息化手段优化产科门诊就诊流程,应对二孩政策开放后的就诊压力。自主开发运行“妇婴管理”信息系统,开展在线预约诊疗、候诊提醒、缴费支付、诊疗报告查询、健康教育等服务,建立母婴健康云平台及数据中心。在改善患者就医体验的基础上,提供医疗的线上与线下、院内与院外一体化综合服务,并探索母婴健康“大数据”的潜在价值服务与管理模式变革。

Abstract:According to the requirement of “Further improvement of the medical service action plan” that issued by National Health and Family Planning Commission,we optimize the obstetrical outpatient medical process by IT assistance to deal with the pressure put on after the releasing of the second-child policy. The main methods include:to independently develop and operate the “maternity and child management” information system;to develop the online services of appointment and treatment,waiting reminder,payment,searching diagnosis and treatment report,heath education etc.to build the cloud platform and data center for the maternal and infant health. The conclusion is that,to improve the patient experience,we should offer the integrated comprehensive service both form offline to online and from inside to outside of the hospital;at the same time,we should explore the potential value service based on utilizing the maternal and child health “big data” as well as the management pattern change.
