目的：设计实现符合现代医院模式下的医用高值耗材管理信息系统，实现医用高值耗材的精细化管理。方法：针对医用高值耗材传统模式的弊端，设计基于条形码技术的高值耗材闭环信息系统，使得每个耗材的全程可追溯跟踪。结果：该系统实现了使用与采购分离，登记单填写时，全部采用条码扫描方式录入，实现了自动计费功能。对高值耗材采购、备货、发放、使用等过程的条形码全过程跟踪管理。结论：以条码为线索将供应商、医院、病人最终消耗关联起来，达到信息的连贯性、准确性和可追溯性，能够达到医用高值耗材的精细化管理。

Objective：To design management information system of medical high value consumables in accordance with modern hospital mode, and to achieve the fine management of medical high value consumables. Method：Aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional mode of medical high value consumables，a closed loop information system based on bar code technology is designed for high value consumables，so that every consumable can be traced back to the original process. Result：The system makes the separation of use and purchase come true. When filling in the registration form is filled in，bar-code-scanning system is used to realize the automatic billing. The bar code tracking management is functional during the process of purchasing，stocking，distributing and using of high value consumables. Conclusion：Bar code works as a clue，putting suppliers，hospitals and patients’ final consumption in connection to achieve the fine management of medical high-value consumables.
