Abstract:Objective：To analyze the influence of the reform of zero rate of drugs on the income structure of a public hospital. Methods：Analysis of changes in hospital operating income and its components before and after reform. Results：After the abolition of the drug addition reform，the proportion of drug revenue declined gradually，among which the income of inpatient drugs fell the fastest，and the outpatient drug income was the second. Conclusion：The zero profit drug reform reduce the hospital drug income，changed the structure of the hospital business income. Hospital not only need to improve the level of medical technology，reinforce hospital financing operation management，and the government must increase financial support and health investment，so as to realize the sustainable development of the hospital.
