目的：探讨江苏省医药价格综合改革对医院经济运行的影响。方法：以江苏省某城市公立医院为研究对象，分析新医改背景下该院医疗工作量、收支结余、收入成本结构、人均费用和财政补助的变化情况。结果：试点医院经济运行平稳，工作量稳中有升，人均医疗费用的增长得到适度控制，药品占比下降，医疗收入仍然保持增长；但运营成本上升，收支结余亏损进一步扩大。结论：建议医院层面控制成本，政府层面落实政府投入责任，理顺医疗服务比价关系，完善医保结算政策。

Objective：To discuss the influences of medical price comprehensive reform on hospital economic operation in Jiangsu. Methods：Using a city hospital of Jiangsu as the research object，analyzed the changes of medical workload，balance of payments，income and cost structure，per capita cost and financial subsidy under the background of medical price comprehensive reform. Results：The experimental economic operation of the hospital ran smoothly with a steady increase in workload and appropriate control of the cost growth. The proportion of medicines dropped while medical income still maintained its growth. However，the operating costs rose with the expanding loss of payments balance. Conclusion: It suggested that the cost should be controlled in hospital level，while the input responsibilities should be implemented，the relationship between medical service and price should be rationalized，and the policy of medical insurance settlement should be improved in government level.
