中文摘要: 目的：了解通过体外受精方式受孕成功的产妇（简称IVF产妇）母婴分离的内心感受。方法：依据胡塞尔（HUSSERL）创立的描述性现象学观点进行质性研究，与 15例疾患儿母婴分离的IVF产妇逐一访谈，在资料分析领域借助Colaizzi分析程序及质性研究软件解析访谈内容，以深入了解她们的真实感受。结果：母婴分离IVF产妇的心理体验主要是围绕疾患儿、家庭和医疗、经济费用四方面，及时给予有效的信息有助于缓解IVF产妇的焦虑。结论：医护人员应该体会母婴分离IVF产妇的内心感受，及时提供有效信息、家庭社会支持和个体化优质服务 。
Abstract:Objective：TO understand the inner feelings of IVF maternal separation. Methods：In accordance with point of view of descriptive phenomenology of HUSSERL in qualitative research and 15 cases of illness IVF maternal in maternal separation interviews，using Colaizzi analysis program in the field of data analysis and qualitative research software parsing interview content，to further understand their ture feelings. Results：The psychological experience of MS⁃IVF maternal is mainly about newborn，family medical care and economic costs.In a timely manner to give effective information can help alleviate maternal anxiety. Conclusions：Medical staff should be able to understand the inner feelings of MS⁃IVF maternal，timely provide effective information，family social support and individualized high⁃quality services.
