Abstract:Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness of improving the relationship between doctor-patient by the establishment of pancreatic disease concern group supported by multidisciplinary treatment model. Methods：Established a multidisciplinary model team named “pancreas with you，life⁃long companions”，organized health science activities regularly，realizd the pancreas patients communication in full course，statisticied related feedback information in time and analyzied doctor-patient improved condition by pancreatic disease concern group. Results：85.36% of the patients were satisfied with the time and the location of the patients concern group meeting. 95% were satisfied with the expert s’health knowledge lectures；92.26% believed that the patients concern group would be helpful to their future life. 91% consided that knowledge lectures improved their understanding of pancreatic diseases，98% were satisified with the medical care and nursing. Conclusion：Multidisciplinary model of pancreatic disease concern group can improve the satisfaction of patients and improve the relationship between doctors and patients.
