中文摘要: 目的：探讨某三级综合医院临床科室不同专科床位数和住院医师合适的配比关系。方法：通过访谈、实地跟踪等方法记录该院内分泌科和肝胆外科住院医师临床诊疗过程中发生的每个动作所需要的时间，汇总所有住院医师的工作量计算出床位数和住院医师合适的配比。结果：该院内分泌科所有住院医师的月总工作量为769小时，肝胆外科为597小时；内分泌科住院医师的合适床医配比为8∶1，肝胆外科住院医师的合适床医配比为10∶1。结论：通过统计工作量来计算床医配比方法稳定可靠，可为医院的人才招募和储备提供依据。
Abstract:Objective：To explore a proper bed number and resident physician ratio in different clinical departments of a certain tertiary general hospital. Methods：The time needed for each action was recorded during the clinical diagnosis and treatment of resident physicians in the department of endocrinology and hepatobiliary surgery by interviews and on⁃the⁃spot following. Workload of all resident physicians was summarized and a proper bed number and resident physician ratio was calculated. Results：The total workload of all resident physicians in the department of endocrinology and hepatobiliary surgery is 769 and 597 hours respectively in one month. The proper bed number and resident physician ratio in is 8∶1 and 10∶1 respectively. Conclusion：It is stable and reliable to calculate bed number and resident physician ratio by calculating the total workload. This can provide reference for talent recruitment and reserve.
