中文摘要: 目的:了解三级医院不同岗位和编制青年医务人员压力现状,提高压力管理的针对性。方法:采取整群抽样方法,对南通市2家三级医院750名40岁以下的青年医务人员进行问卷调查和比较分析。结果:医院编内员工的压力均值略大于编外员工,护理人员压力均值大于临床医师。编外人员在薪酬、职业发展等方面相比编内人员面临着更大压力。结论:应优化考核指标、明确工作角色、引导压力释放路径、改善编外人员相关待遇。

Abstract:Objective:To study the pressure status of different posts and young medical staffs in tertiary hospitals,and improve the effectiveness of pressure management. Methods:A cluster sampling method was to survey 750 staffs under the age of 40 years old from two tertiary hospitals in Nantong City,and the analysis and comparison were made. Results:The comparison showed that the overall working perssure of life authorized strength personnel was higher than that of contract personnel. Nurses had more stress in average than clinical doctors. Contract personnel faced more pressures from payment and career development. Conclusion:It is needed to improve performance assessment standards,clarify their roles,guide young staffs to release stresses and improve contract personnel treatment.
