    目的:探讨QQ群组教育对炎症性肠病患者出院后健康管理的应用。方法:选择2014年7月—2015年6月,在我院就诊的炎症性肠病患者,采用便利抽样,按时间顺序随机分为干预组和对照组各53例。对照组患者采用常规健康教育,干预组患者在常规健康教育的基础上实施基于QQ群的健康教育。采用自制炎症性肠病遵医行为调查问卷干预1周和干预后第3个月、第6个月对两组患者进行测评,采用生存质量评定量表(IBDQ)于干预1周、第6个月进行测评。结果:两组患者比较,干预1周、3个月及6个月后在服药、定期复查就诊方面依从性的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但在按计划进行肠内营养、自测体重、记录自我症状及体症、能否避免不良生活习惯四个条目依从性的差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。干预组在干预6个月后与干预1周比较,其依从性分别提高17.0%、16.9%、11.2%、17.0%,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。干预组在肠道症状、全身症状、情感能力及社会功能及IBDQ总分均高于干预前评分及干预后对照组评分,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:基于QQ群的健康教育管理可改善患者的遵医行为,并且提高了患者生存质量。

    Objective:To explore the influence of the QQ group education of health management on patients who discharged with inflammatory bowel disease. Methods:From June 2014 to July 2015,106 patients with inflammatory bowel disease were enrolled and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group(n=53). The control group patients were treated with routine health education. The intervention group patients were implemented on the health education basis of QQ. Self-made inflammatory enteropathy compliance behavior questionnaires were used to assess the compliance behaviors and the quality of life scale(IBDQ)of the 2 groups after the intervention of 1 week,3 months,and 6 months. Results:There were no significant differences between the two groups in the compliance behaviors of medicine-taking and reexamination(P > 0.05). But four entries of compliance behaviors:enteral nutrition,weight,recording self-symptoms,and avoiding bad life habits,were significantly better than that of the control groups(P < 0.05). And after 6 months intervention,the intervention group after the compliance were increased 17.0%,16.9%,11.2%,17% respectively more than 1 week,and had statistical significance. The intestinal symptoms, constitutional symptoms,emotional ablility,social function and IBDQ scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Health education based on QQ group education can improve the patient’s compliance behavior and the quality of life of patients.
