Universal Two-child Policy Children’s Medical Care Pediatrician

“全面二孩”政策实施以来，出生人口数量不断增加，使得儿童医疗保健资源供需矛盾更加突出，儿科医师短缺形势更加严峻。本文通过对我国生育政策的阅读和儿科资源建设相关文献的阅读汇总，分析了儿童医疗保健服务存在的主要问题，其中包括医疗机构设置不足、资源配置失衡，医疗水平参差不齐，就诊冷热不均，医师培养数量不足，离职转岗频繁等，就此提出了完善儿童医疗保健服务体系，加强儿科医师队伍建设的相应措施，为进一步缓解儿童医疗保健资源供需矛盾，稳定发展儿科医师人才队伍提供参考。
Since the implementation of the universal two-child policy，the number of births has been increasing，which makes the contradiction between supply and demand of children’s health care resources more prominent. Through literature reading summary about China’s family planning policy and the pediatrics resource construction，analyzes the main problems of children’s health care services，including the insufficiency，the resource misallocation of the establishment of medical institutions，uneven medical level，unbalance outpatient visits，physician training shortage，frequent departure transfer，etc.，Some advices were put forward to improve children’s health care system and strengthened the pediatrician team construction.
