Abstract:This paper takes a national regional medical center hospital as a case study，summarizing and analyzing the changes in its management system，medical treatment capabilities，disciplinary development，and talent cultivation under the government-institute cooperation model，aiming to reveal the construction issues of both the supporting hospital and the output hospital. It also explored and considered the challenges faced by the co-builders. it proposes recommendations such as deepening cooperation，strengthening assessment mechanisms，and enhancing disciplinary construction，providing insights for the high-quality development of national regional medical centers.
