中文摘要: 目的：分析江苏省老年医学人才培训开展现状，系统总结经验，为后续优化培训模式、提升培训质量、缓解老年医学人才短缺问题提供参考与实践依据。方法：基于2021-2025年江苏省老年医学人才培训相关数据及培训实际情况，从培训必要性、老年科医师群体现状、培训学员结构变化、培训过程实施等多个维度分析，总结培训实施中的特色路径。结果：江苏省构建的“立体化理论培训，多举措分层实践教学”的培养模式，通过系统性理论授课与精准化临床带教的结合，能有效提升老年医学从业人员的核心能力，解决了老年医学人才培训中“理论实践脱节、学员基础差异大”等共性难题。结论：该模式为解决老年医学人才培训中的共性难题提供了可量化、可复制的解决方案。

Abstract:Objective：To understand the current state of geriatric talent training in Jiangsu Province，systematically summarize experiences，and provide reference and practical evidence for optimizing training models，improving training quality，and alleviating the shortage of geriatric medical professionals. Methods：Based on data and actual training conditions of geriatric talent training in Jiangsu Province from 2021 to 2025，multiple dimensions were analyzed，including the necessity of training，the current status of geriatrician workforce，changes in trainee composition，and the implementation process of training. Unique approaches in training implementation were summarized. Results：The training model developed in Jiangsu Province，characterized by “three-dimensional theoretical training combined with multi-measure stratified practical teaching，” effectively enhances the core competencies of geriatric medical practitioners through the integration of systematic theoretical instruction and targeted clinical mentoring. It addresses common challenges in geriatric talent training，such as the disconnect between theory and practice and significant differences in student backgrounds. Conclusions：This model provides a quantifiable and replicable solution to common challenges in geriatric talent training.
